Yes.. Yes.. It's true.

I *have* been playing KOL. It's fairly enjoyable in a... neopets kind of way. If not for the social interaction via the chat channel I'd probably have gotten bored of it already.

Good thing there isn't a competitive streak in me. Otherwise I'd be concerned that people who've joined after me have already overtaken. This game, my friends, is thoroughly fun, but it seems suited only for the kind of people that
  • game online, and
  • enjoy a little silliness from time to time.

Also, since it's flooded with youths of varying ages, you, my peers, may feel a little out of place wading through all the higher levelled players younger than you. Of course, the older players level the playing ground with their ability to donate sums of money and obtain perks in return.

I quite like the game, and it seems like a fairly brilliant way to get to know other people all over the world. Much like IRC, but you get to game while you chat. So, if youse is interested, I'll be seeing ya there. You'll know it's me when you see me. Chatting, that is. I think my nickname is unmistakeable.
