Laptop problem. Broadband cannot be used - system becomes unstable after about 10, 15 mins.

As I foresee this to be a hands-on project, don't attempt to tell me how to debug my com via email because I can't and I won't because I don't know how.
I hope not to have to visit the NUS service center again because they reformat without warning and take a disgustingly long time to do even that.
