I'm reading The Lovely Bones now, and it makes me sad. There's humour in it as well, but the parts where Susie's family try to cope with the loss make me sad. I've only finished a few chapters, but I think it'll turn out pretty good....
It's like being enveloped in some kind of soft sorrow edged by the restlessness even after a year, no one has discovered her murderer...
