I had a nightmare last night. Well, last morning to be precise. I was with this bunch of people from Wesley Church and they were in my room, I think, conducting a cell group meeting. It was in the middle of the night. Hey, dreams don't have to make sense. Well, anyway, we were clearing toys from the tables... (TOYS I ask you, and there are none in my room anymore and I remember they were small My Little Pony toys...), when suddenly these tiny toy cars were rolled under my door from outside, one by one. It's quite scary when you think about it. In the middle of the night and someone's outside your door rolling tiny toy cars in? Total silence but for the the grind of plastic wheels against my parquet floor. I opened the door and my mother was standing outside with a very strange expression on her face, which scared me, frankly.

FINE. So it's a stupid dream, but I woke up at 5.14 am, breathless and with heart pounding. And I couldn't go back to sleep. When I did, it was a kind of restless dreaming - you know, the kind that seems to repeat and repeat and repeat.
