I just caught Gattacca. First, let me rave about the leads, Ethan Hawke and Uma Thurman. Oh they're gorgeous! GORGEOUS!

I mean really, aren't they?

That aside, I was glued to the screen. The idea of discrimination by genes is one that is extremely interesting, not to mention pertinent to the near future as scientists learn more and more about the human DNA code. I mean, heck, there's this series on Arts Central about building a human being... Babies being born to donate tissue for ill siblings or relatives... Designer babies will probably be next if the moral argument for perfection ever outweighs the argument against playing God. I won't go anymore into it, because I think it'll bore you, and I don't have much more to say, besides, ;)

It was a good movie. Really. Even without Ethan Hawke and Uma Thurman. And Jude Law. Yeah.
